Which business type should I choose?
If you plan to grow, hire or raise money, a Private Limited Company is usually best. If you're a freelancer or running a small shop, a Sole Proprietorship is enough to start. We'll recommend the right one on a free call.
How long does it take?
Usually 7–12 working days for a company once your documents are ready. Part of this is government processing, which no one can speed up, but we'll keep you updated at every step.
What documents do I need?
For each owner: PAN card, Aadhaar card, a photo and a recent bank statement or utility bill. For your office: a recent electricity bill, plus a no-objection letter from the owner (we give you the format). We'll send you the exact list for your business type.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. You get the full price in writing before you pay, with our fee and the government fees shown separately. Government fees are charged at actual cost.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Everything is done online, including signing documents.
Can I talk to someone before I pay?

Are my documents safe with you?
Your documents are used only for your registration and are shared only with the government portals that need them. We never sell or share your details.
What if I change my mind?
If you cancel before we file with the government, we refund our fee, minus any government or digital signature fees already paid for you. Read our refund policy.
